Remodeling.
This morning I continued my remodel of the bedroom. I am starting with this corner and will gradually move around the room in a counter-clock-wise pattern. Matt tried to "fix" my earlier remodel with Spackle--he and I have very different taste. I see tonight he has added even more tacky Spackle. I will likely have to "repair" his aesthetic disaster tomorrow while he is gone. I'll let you know how my plans progress.Contractor Charley

You know your sister Maggie was know as "the Bitch dog" by your Grandpa and, I hear she's still a little terror. She would chew up everything in his beloved garage! You're not going in that direction are you? Do you have separation anxiety? Your Mom and Dad need to watch the Dog Whisperer - Ceasar Milan. He's on the National Geographic station on Friday nights. He's cute too and has a lot of doggies you'd like in his pack. I hope you'll stop soon cause I think you're just a little too old to start that now. You be good Charley.

While Kirsten was up visiting with Jennifer i decided i would re-engineer a pair of her sneakers. I chewed the heels off both of them so they could be slip ons. I find it much more satisfying to apply my creativity to objects that Tom and Kirsten will not be able to fix, as they too seem to have poor taste.

How fun that you have taken on a new profession! Now you are not only a professional puppy but a professional contractor. Cool!
What I want to know is, how does spackle taste?? It looks yummy but I have never tried it.

Wow, we've been limiting our remodeling to making nice holes in pieces of paper and cords coming out of the wall. Oh, and the occasional pen or pencil sticking out of a cup looks a lot better with teeth marks. We will have to get more creative...
